The Sheetal Skill Development Center (SSDC) campus encompasses more than 24750 sq. ft. of a lush green land, situated in a pollution free, healthy and natural environment. SSDC is complete and includes the Academic Center, Campus Center, a large project building, a Seminar hall, which houses academic and administrative space. SSDC has been Established with a primary objective to enhance skills of youth of India to meet the growing demand of modern industrialization in India. The Central and State Government have made considerable effort to enhance the skill of the youth there continues to be a huge gap between the demand and supply of skilled workforce. This is magnified by the fact that with a population of a billion plus people and majority in the average age of 25 years nearly 300 million are underemployed or unemployed. On the other side industry is in acute shortage of skilled labour. This clearly highlights that most of our population is under skilled and therefore unemployable. Skills and knowledge are the driving forces of economic growth and social development of a country. In rapidly growing economies like India with a vast and everincreasing population, there is a severe shortage of highly-trained, quality skilled resources, while on the other; large sections of the population possess little or no job skills.

Along with Academic Qualifications we need to produce dynamic and enterprising youngsters capable of facing the changing times and taking on the toughest technical challenges. Prospective employers along with academic Qualifications are looking at the worth and expertise of a candidate from the view point of employability potential of the candidate. Furthermore, the industry has neither the time nor inclination to train a fresher in skills required.
